General
Europe is getting smaller and smaller. Many Dutch companies have their sights set on other countries and have even established branches outside the Netherlands. Job opportunities in Europe are no longer constrained by national borders! International contacts are becoming more important by the day.

ROC (regional training centre) de Leijgraaf thinks internationally too and organises a range of international activities such as practical training placements and exchanges with students from other European countries. Depending on the courses offered, teachers also have many options for refresher courses and additional training in other EU countries.

Companies no longer confine their activities to their own country. There are Dutch companies with branches all over the world and foreign companies here in the Netherlands. Preparing students for these opportunities is a sensible thing to do. Spain, Poland, Germany, England, The United States or China perhaps? It’s all possible at ROC de Leijgraaf. An international practical training placement is just one of the ways they can do this. They could also take part in a group exchange with one of our partner schools abroad.
